I fell in love with Vamp Stamp News a few years ago. Then last June, Nancie had to make the decision to go with eArticles. I still get those now and when I get a chance, I order some of her many back issues. This month's article was about using Powdered Pigment Techniques. I submitted 3 cards and she published all 3!
