Blog Hop!

I am EXTREMELY proud to announce that I am on a second design team!  My Heart Pieces has some really nice original hand drawn digital stamps.  This is her first Blog Hop.  This is stop #2 for this Blog Hop.  You should have come from  Anne-Marie’s blog( ) and your next hop is over to Danielle’s ( You do need to make a comment at each blog to be eligible for a draw.  Thanks for stopping by!

It was hard to narrow down the first image I wanted to play with, but this fairy caught my eye.  She’s called “Waiting For You (2)”.  I coloured 2 copies of the mages with water colour pencils.  Then I cut out the braid and flowers from one image.  I pop-dotted the braid and flowers and then made a ribbon rose in the bottom right next to the fairy.  I used Stickles on the wings and the rose to give it the sparkly effect.   The image was trimmed and matted on dark green paper, then onto a card front layered with printed green paper.

Then I had to play some more!  Did the fairy in green and made her a red-head like me!  Did a fall leaf theme for ths one...

As I was workng on these, a friend's daughter was visiting for the day and seemed interested in the image.  So I offered her an image and she created this!  She also chose everything for the card.  Great job Bella!
