New Year, New Goals

Hello to all and a Happy New Year to you!
Our family like many of yours have had alot happen to them in 2011.  My husband and I ended 2011 with new jobs and getting adjusted to them.  This unfortunately put my creative time on the back burner.  So the first order of business for 2012 is to claim some time each week to create, be inspired and play.  To this end, I signed up for a year long online class with a lady I discovered by the name of Willowing.  She seems to have a fresh and open approach to approaching art and I hope to learn and expand during this year.  I like the idea of completing a book by the end of the year recording the things and ideas I've learned.  Check it out if you're interested, she is willing to take students all year long...

Meanwhile, I'll leave you with some letters I covered for the children of a really good friend.  The idea being they could place them on their bedroom doors, or in their bedrooms as decoration.  Due to our financial situation, I made pretty much all my gifts this year.  Hope you enjoy!
